About RETURNS
We strongly encourage our customers to please Contact Us FIRST with any questions BEFORE deciding on the purchase of an item we offer. We describe our items as thoroughly as possible, and provide detailed photos. Defects, flaws, in the item will be stated in the listing’s description. Even about some manufacturer’s blemishes common in items like dinnerware, pottery, glassware, etc. If in doubt please ask, or request close-up photos. Therefore, RETURNS will be accepted whenever it is because WE have made a mistake in describing the item, if sending you the wrong one, or if agreed upon with you in advance. In such case, we will issue a FULL REFUND which includes any Shipping, Processing, and/or Insurance costs related to that item.

* We are sorry but we do not offer Worldwide Shipping at this time. * Shipping an item/s to a specific Country will be bound to that country's regulations, limitations, prohibitions and restrictions. * Since each country has its own, we recommend that you Contact Us first for confirmation. * In case that you have already paid for an item that happens may not be shipped for one of the reasons mentioned above, rest assure that you will receive an immediate full refund in the same for of payment, and letter of explanation. * Costs for shipping abroad are expensive and NOT determined by us but by the Potal or Shipping Carrier. For that reason please, Contact Us FIRST for an estimate. We will do our best in providing alternatives for you to choose from and to decide upon. * Any and All country's Customs Duty Fees, Charges, and Taxes are NOT and WILL NOT be included in our Sh&h costs. Means that the specific item is OUT OF STOCK for the time being, thus, not available for sale.

I have purchased more than one item. Will you COMBINE SHIPPING?
Yes, absolutely. We will do so whenever possible and feasible. You will need to Contact us FIRST for confirmation and for an estimate. An item with a specific shape or material may not be Combined inside a same box. Or, may not be convenient price wise. Whenever USPS Priority Mail FLAT RATE is specified, there is a limit to weight and size of items that may fit inside a same envelope or box. Also, DISCOUNTED Combined Shipping will apply.

Do you offer DISCOUNT Combined Shipping?
Yes, we do. Please, Contact Us First for an estimate. COMBINED SH&H is offered on items purchased or about to be purchased by the same eCRATER Buyer with us only, and within a consecutive 7 day period. If so, please let us know beforehand or immediately after your first product purchase. For items to qualify for Combined Shipping they must fit into one box safely, and provided they meet any and all U.S. Postal Service regulations in size, weight, and thereof. Heavier items are usually shipped via USPS.
